On April 25, 2003, just 3 weeks after my 28th birthday,  I underwent a procedure called an Abdominoplasty.  This procedure is better known as a "tummy tuck".  I also had ultrasonic liposuction performed on my hips, upper thighs, inner thighs, stomach, and lower buttocks.

These pages were created to chronicle the physical changes that my body has undergone throughout my recovery.  The purpose of this site is to inform and possibly inspire.
